ALL of your videos and the included instruction manual are over simplified. There's NOTHING explaining that you are supposed to take the removed fuse and plug it into your fuse plug. You can see that your installer popped those fuses into your harness between 0:11 and 0:12 but it is not specified to do that in the text provided in the video. Your marketing people aren't paying attention or have no idea what they're marketing. I learned that from a video by a tech guru. He also mentioned polarity (positive vs ground) of the pins in the fuse box, saying your fuse plugs should be installed properly. What the hell?

Can you tell me why all the videos showing the installation of the Intelligent Hard wire kit with the motion detector show the motion detector mounted and pointing toward the inside of the vehicle?? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of "seeing" motion outside the vehicle??

and
Rexing Smart Hardwire Kit Mini-USB Port for All Rexing Supercapacitor Models - V1-4K, V1P, V3, V2 Pro, V5, S1 Series
I had it professionally hardwired and when in park it does not capture any motion. I did turn parking mode on in the camera menu.

why when i connected the motion sensor it turns on and off even the parking mode is unable im connecting it to a R4

I have an r4 and the kit comes with mini usb to mini usb...it says its compatible with r4 but it is not because the r4 has type c connector. Can anyone help me please?

Though it’s a cleaner look to mount the sensor box on the rear windshield mirror, the coverage seems useless. I don’t care to pick up motion on the hood of my car. Mounting it on the windshield and giving motion protection on the doors seems more logical but not the cleaner install as you see the sensor box and camera on your windshield as you’re driving.
