I used it, put double Crit on a flower
And it still rolled 5 TIMES INTO DEFENSE PERCENT

You can only craft one elixer per patch. So every 40 days. So to get one sands piece, you would have to wait 180 days, and then also hope that your other two stats arent shit. AND then hope that when you level up that piece, it doesnt all roll into one of those bad stats. Dont get me wrong. Its a step in the right direction, but if you've been playing the game for a while now, it's probably not worth it.

I feel like with how scarce the elixir is, we need to either be able to select ALL substats so that at the very least it can roll into something useful if not crit, or have artifacts made by the transmutor guaranteed to roll into one of those two substats at level 4, 8, and 12.

Waiting over 2 months (after collecting the finite amount from Natlan exploration) to get a goblet just for it to keep rolling into double DEF anyways will be a huge buzzkill

Those elixirs are way too scarce for the overall value of the machine to be worth it. However you can temporarily alleviate the issue of getting elixirs through Pyro sigils and obsidian rings

There's always one little "but" in these changes. You do have an opportunity to get perfect artifact, BUT there're no guarantees that it will be perfectly upgraded

You need to wait 6 months and use a LOT of artifact to craft a goblet, which will go all in def when lvl uped... yes, definitely a game changer
