It depends on the character, too. A flower with em and er is better for Kazuha than a flower with high cv

i believe that every main stat is about 800% roll value which means that an em circlet could be viable on a character that needs em if there are enough crit stats elsewhere.

To me if it is like 15 cv but has other stats useful for the character like hp percent or er its good

I just dump whatever artifacts i have bc i have very limited no. of them 😂 i only even have 2 sets of 4-set emblem and make my raiden, yelan, xingqui, & xiangling share. that's why i can't be choosey lol

Everytime i roll a hp% main stat, i always get cd and cr substats and thats where they mostly go instead of flat hp, like i just need the shield strength bro😭

All of my best artifacts with 40+ crit value always come up when I try again to build a joke physical qiqi build. I got a feather from the physical set that has 28% crit rate on it, but idk how to use it, qiqi sucks and I don’t want to ruin the sets on my characters
