Just remember if you see a flat def or flat hp substat, chuck it in the bin.

Its not RNG how the stats roll, these two specifically have a higher statistic of rolling up. It has a 56% chance for rolling to the flats. So if you have crit rate, crit dmg, and em, that only have like 32% chance of getting the roll.

Id include the link, but youtube wont allow it. So go to the genshin wiki and looks up artifact occurance for the entire spreadsheet. Itll tell you what the statistic is for each piece. Having a goblet vs feather does change the %. So make sure you are looking in the right row.

I got a double crit with atk% pyro goblet on Arle's set on the first day of farming and my happiness lasted until it all rolled into flat HP (over 1k HP on it after that)
