- How would you like to uncover the Top 3 Easiest Things to Claim for VA Disability in 2021, using SECRET VA disability claims data as your guide? Well, I’ve got some great news for you! Brian Reese here, founder of VA Claims Insider.

Part of the reason we call ourselves VA Claims INSIDER is because we get access to information that nobody else does…this NEW video is no exception, so strap-in and let's go!

💥 #1 Easiest VA Disability Claim to Get Approved: Tinnitus or “Ringing in the Ear Syndrome.”

According to the VA’s FY 2019-2020 report to congress regarding VA benefits and compensation, Tinnitus was the #1 most claimed disability for all Veterans.

Hearing loss was #2.

100% of Veterans rated are at 10% (low-value claim).

95.4% of Veterans with Auditory condition (Tinnitus/Hearing Loss) are rated at 0 to 20%

Tinnitus is the #1 easiest disability to win (in my opinion)!

Tinnitus can only have one VA rating. It is either 10% or nothing. There is no lower VA rating and there is no higher VA rating. Therefore, we call it a “low-value” claim because it is always rated at 10%, and 10% only, with no exceptions.

💥 #2 Easiest Things to Claim for VA Disability: Musculoskeletal Conditions (Strains, Sprains, Joints, Painful Motion, Limitation of Flexion)

According to the VA’s FY 2019-2020 report to congress regarding VA benefits and compensation, musculoskeletal conditions were in the Top 5 most compensated claims for all Veterans, across all demographics.

92.1% of Veterans rated between 0% and 20% (low-value claims)

#2 easiest VA disability claim to win (in my opinion).

Musculoskeletal system conditions include issues with joints and muscles and must involve (1) Limitation of Range of Motion (flexion) and/or (2) Painful Motion.

Symptoms associated with musculoskeletal system conditions include limitation of range of motion (flexion), painful motion, arthritis, weakness, easily fatigued, loss of power, lack of coordination and decreased movement control.

💥 #3 Easy VA Disability Claims to Win: Mental Health Conditions (PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Chronic Adjustment Disorder (CAD), Somatic Symptom Disorder (SSD), among others.

According to the VA’s FY 2019-2020 report to congress regarding VA benefits and compensation, mental health conditions were among the #3 & #4 most compensated claims for all Veterans, across all demographics.

91.5% of Veterans rated at 30% or higher (high-value claim)

42.7% of Veterans rated at 70% or higher (high-value claim)

#3 easiest VA disability to win (in my opinion)!

I love your videos as they helped me understand the VA's "system". I went from a 20% rating in 2018 to 80% in 2020 because of your information on witness statements and understanding that I needed to be vulnerable during the C&P. Being that Open and Vulnerable is VERY HARD, but Thank You for the information, It was a Great help.

I know we Navy guys have a reputation for drinking but to all of out disabilities have to come from car accidents? I've been drunk with Marines and Army bros, so I imagine you have accidents, too. ;)

What do I do if my VSO did not summit all my medical evidence and may have been under rated because of it?
