Prosecutors drop charges against Alec Baldwin in ‘Rust’ shooting

Prosecutors in New Mexico dropped the involuntary manslaughter charges against Alec Baldwin for the shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of “Rust.” "New facts were revealed that demand further investigation and forensic analysis in the case," special proseucors said in a statement, NBC’s Miguel Almaguer reports and senior legal correspondent Laura Jarrett provides analysis for TODAY.
