Thank u for sharing this video. I have the gimbal stuck error (code 40002) for a week now. Really giving me a headache and frustration and I even contact DJI support team and they instructed me to send my drone back to them. But definitely will do the these tricks u showed in ur video. for others having this issue it could also be a ripped ribbon cable... it was for me. it would start up and run through the calibration sequence just fine but would say gimbal stuck... take the drone apart and inspect the ribbon cables...

I have a mavic mini with the same problema, gimbal getting stuck, I have used air and applied graphite and improved a little, I´m thinking in applying oil but I'm afraid this will atract dust.

Tip: Use a hairdryer and wiggle the gimbal. I don’t have a vacuum, but this just worked for me to clear the stuck gimbal problem!

This is exactly what happened to mine today. Once I watched your video I checked and could feel that there’s dirt. Moving the gimbal by hand it still doesn’t level out on its own when tilted in one direction but I don’t feel the dirt
