How to Save High Resolution JPEG/PNG in Adobe illustrator

* if you use the slide bar where it says "quality" during when you Save for web you can adjust how blurry or how crisp and detailed you want the jpeg image to look.

i just followed the steps, but it was not helpfull as is saved Jpeg & png from (save for web) resolutions were so unclear, blurred.
