Pain in the testis could be of various reasons. Pain while ejaculation could be if he has very violent sex. Be careful, don’t have violent sex. You are not injuring yourself, you are injuring other persons too. And violent sex would only result in non-enjoyable sex. So I would suggest that you have a good enjoyable sex, not a violent one. Second cause could be if you have orchitis, you would need some medicines to ease away the pain. Painful ejaculation, could be because of some infections as well as also in prostatitis or infective prostatitis. If so, you should get your semen culture done to check for infection. If infection is there, get it treated, and thus you will get rid of the pain. If it is orchitis, find out the cause and get it treated accordingly.
