Please let your viewers know about their local Facebook pay it forward type groups if they do social media. They can just search “free” or “buy nothing” & check the results. They may need to add their city or other area info. These are groups where neighbors pass along things that they no longer need or can ask for something they need rather than going out & buying it.

i am disabled and infirmed. i can no longer work. ssi pays part of my overhead and ss pays part. i am blessed to have ebt as well. my problem is refrigeration. i need a small refrigerator and can't afford one. this makes keeping food at home near impossible and since i can't walk .... going to the store every day is impossible. wish someone i knew had a dorm sized fridge (i live in a tiny home) so i can keep food here at home.
