I dont know if its a real tip or not but you're the second youtuber who says buying tires from a gas station. You dont have to go to a gas station for tires. You have access to tires from your phone. You can buy/change the tire anywhere. This option is only locked during racing.
You can put cheap Street tires on in free roam and put Racing+ tires back on before u start a race. This way those expensive Racing+ tires last more.

Tuning the cars to the max level in a class should help with clearing clubs easy. Granted there's a grinding aspect, but you'll be able to sweep all the clubs in the same class (i.e., C1 149, C2 199, C3 249, C4 299, C5 349, C6 400+). Also Sunset Speedway (upcoming release on PC, already available on Mobile) should allow players to get into track racing with their cars

Heres a tip: after clearing the first club I decided to try the drift events, found it a real challenge so I started spending, purchased the 180 and 100k of upgrades only to find it didn't help me much, still often placing 6th. Id recommend sticking to street racing until late game once your cashed up and can afford/unlock the high teir upgrades that can have their stats customized. Copy a drift build video and it will save ALOT of time, money and frustration.

Small tips: Owning a dlc is a MUST because you dont required to buy another car just to enter another club, despite they need to unlock. It is free and it will save your time grinding amount of money

only thing i wish i had was AWD and FWD are pretty understeery if you dont upgrade or tune the car for better handling and RWD is super slidey so increasing rear grip is big. not done it yet but supposedly by doing a bunch of delivery missions you get higher tier ones with notably larger rewards and theyre great for getting a bit of money while going for XP if you need a different class car or better upgrades. 9/10 the AI will roughly match you in straight line performance so prioritizing handling upgrades is MASSIVE

The engine swaps are normal price only on the dealership class 3 cars, every other has the 2x price stamp.

One thing that u decide if its bad or not but on mobile not sure about PC on deliverys u can make it 3 times in a row and earn the money, wich would lower the durabilty of the to atleast 4~12% then on the last deliver u hit the wall at minimum 53~62km giving atleast 1, 3 seconds of black screen, dont hit a wall thats less than a meter from the delivey spot or the game will crash
Try hit from the sides wich will give u some centimeters for the car to slowly break and hit the wall, the deliver will reset and u will be paid in wich case will be 24k in total without having to wait 4hrs to timer reset

Don´t waste money is the number 1 tip.
I wouldn´t even get the tyres as you suggested. Never needed them throughout the first 2 clubs at least
Put the money in your first car, max out the performance for C1. Don´t bother too much with optics. As soon as you completed the first club, get a second C1
car so you can leave the first one in the club for the elite races and use the new car for the second club.
If you are a free roam lover, you are absolutely golden because driving around explorig gives you good money and most of all
xp, because you not only get rewarded for driving fast, but also for discovering shops and houses. And you´ll level pretty quickly at the first few levels.
If I hadn´t sold 3 cars and bought others already, I´d be sitting on a few of 100k, not even through the 2nd club now and close to lvl 15.

In fact your car WILL run out of gas and enter “limp” mode in the middle of the race. It’s happen to me several times now.
