Hi, I'm Kenny 👋

I specialize in helping you heal from emotional hurt so you can elevate your life by helping you get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable.

I am an advocate for truth and healing. So naturally, therefore, my emotional mastery method might initially feel a bit rough. But, when you start finding answers to the questions you ask yourself (even those you're afraid of), break free from self-destructing behaviors, and begin loving yourself and living your best life, you will feel powerful and empowered.

If you have looked everywhere, are desperate for a solution, and you're ready to stop being held hostage by your emotional misery, your journey to emotional mastery starts here.

It's the secret to finding yourself!

Note for self:
1) Identify the person's needs first, whether they just want to talk or actually want advice
2) Take notes of their feeling and emotional content, instead of the facts they say
3) Observe their tone and body language, focus on their feeling instead of their words
4) Look at their left eye for hints of their emotion
5) Mirror back their emotional content (again, not the facts), making sure you're getting them right and also letting them know you are listening and actually care what they say, then keep leading them to see if they have anything more they want to say

Thanks for the good content Mr Weiss. Will take notes of that.

I am going to be a hospice volunteer and thought one of my greatest skills will be to listen. I am a retired nurse and my job was to solve problems. That's a skill I almost have to unlearn in order to learn to LISTEN and not try and solve others' problems. I learned so much from this and look forward to exploring the other videos you have! Thank you!

If a friend/family member wants advise, they will ask….don’t insult them by making your listening sound like it might be a burden.

The listening advice is spot on. The responses sounds rehearsed and unnatural for the average everyday conversation. You shouldn’t respond like a therapist or a school principal; just listen, be present and allow what naturally comes to mind to be spoken.

I needed to be heard and listened to for resolution, so what I was going through could come to an end. Instead I received enormous amount of abuse from people that just wanted my voice silenced. The reason is because it was an uncomfortable truth, not a lovely one. It was how I was made disabled at the expense of the whole lot. How I lost my ability to hear and listen to others. It brought forth deprivation. When people go through crisis, disasters, corruption they need to be heard, not just for the experience, but because they need help, and they need it resolved with another human being, so there is interaction, but the situation comes to an end. To isolate people and not provide even a listening ear for resolution, is cruel, inhumane and not on. Not listening to a whole people group, simply because you want them silenced, so they don't exist anymore is not on. A change is coming, along with a correction, the enforced deprivation needs to end, it produces so much problems and evil, oppression its dreadful. Healing comes through interaction with others, but to deny someone that simply because you as a whole don't want them to be heard, , there are no words.
