There are some contracts that can be brutal that you don't even know you made. My brother committed suicide a few years ago, and although the story is much more complex than this, I kept feeling the urge to also die. I would have inexplicable rages, despairing episodes, and my body started to break down. I was even hospitalized for depression. I went to my local energy healer, and she got a weird look on her face as she did her reading ... she said my brother was attached to me because we had made a contract when we were very young that if one of us died, the other would follow. We dissolved that contract and I literally felt my brother lift out of me. I wasn't even aware. The rages and urges to die stopped -- I was feeling my brother's emotions. I don't know how old we were, but we grew up in a toxic family, so who knows what goes on at the spiritual level. I don't even remember most of my childhood. Please seek help if you need answers; there are people out there who can assist you.

18:23, IS SO REAL. I was not a believer in any of this until I personally experienced it myself. And it is very easy to confuse such an attraction with love but the reveal is how it leaves you feeling. If you feel lacking, less than, on edge, then it's NOT love.

It’s extremely painful when the negative soul contract is your child. As a mother, there’s a natural inclination to help, to protect, to fix, to the point of enabling and perpetuating negativity and toxicity ….letting go, which I did 5 years ago when my daughter was 30, is painful beyond words and the entire experience of our relationship remains an open wound in my heart. I actually broke out of my contract with my twin flame! It didn't make sense to me how we didn't, & would probably never work. We re-united after 33 yrs & lasted just over 4 months. He was never a bad guy, he just stayed a very immature man-child, among many other unresolved issues. I've done a lot of work to get to the point that I'm at now & he was suppose to be at a similar point. He was so stuck to so many things that held him down. It made things difficult in the relationship & I knew it would continue in that way. I wasn't willing to deal with his BS or the time it would take for him (if he ever did) to "see the light!" I'm in my 50's & I don't have time for that shit. Just cuz he's my twin (yes, he's my real twin) doesn't mean I have to stay with him & so many people think they r bound by these contracts & u just u for sharing this information! I ended my relationship, for good, with him a few yrs ago, we hung out here n there a bit, but I recently just celebrated 1 yr no contact with him. I've done my healing & I'm more than comfortable & happy with my don't want him in my life. Him coming back into my life allowed me to finally close a door on a teenage first-love I had never truly let go of. WHEW! Big sigh of was finally able to let his memory go & I couldn't be more hopeful for the man that is truly meant to be in my life. xox

You described my relationship with my ex-husband. It definitely helps when you realize that we chose this. Most hurtful relationship. However, I went through a dark night of the soul then a major spiritual awakening. So I guess I got out of it what I intended. Hopefully there will be a true love relationship on the horizon.
