It's hard to let go of a narcissist, I was married to one of them for 25 years. My savior who freed me from my ex-husband was also narcissistic. Both are my karmic.

For me, it's my destiny to meet karmic partners is to recognize my inner child's wounds and heal them.

In my opinion, if our inner child has healed, we automatically change (which is to recognize our worth) and, automatically, we will easily recognize narcissistic patterns and avoid them because we already have healthy boundaries.
