The path to liberation involves transcending the gunas (qualities of nature: sattva, rajas, tamas), mastering the eightfold path (Buddhism) or yoga (Hinduism), and aligning with universal laws (Mentalism, Polarity, Vibration). Through practices like vipassana meditation, bhakti (devotion), and jnana yoga (path of knowledge), the soul seeks to dissolve the ego, overcome avidya, and awaken Buddha-nature or Atman-Brahman unity.

Cosmically, reincarnation reflects the Law of Correspondence and serves The All’s divine plan. The akashic records store the soul’s karmic imprints, while avatars (divine incarnations) and bodhisattvas (enlightened beings) return voluntarily to guide others, dissolving samsaric suffering. The ultimate goal is nirvana, the cessation of suffering and the realization of unity consciousness.

Living with this awareness fosters detachment, mindfulness, and alignment with the higher self, allowing the soul to transcend the cycle of samsara and fulfill its sacred role in the unfolding of cosmic harmony.

I believe this but it sucks cause I’m 43 black man and never had a real friend or a healthy relationship with someone who I felt loved and seen by. He described how he went down a tunnel & into my tummy, he recounted the songs I sang to him in utero! 19yrs between him & my 1st born!
