'You're a racist': Seven protesters interrupt Farage speech

A protester was marched out of Nigel Farage's speech after accusing him of being a "racist".

The Reform UK leader mocks the protester: "Are you down wind of a couple already?", adding "well this is good preparation for the House of Commons I suppose."

Mr Farage was speaking after being elected as an MP on his eighth attempt.

He is hopeful Reform will have five MPs in the House of Commons whilst James McMurdock's vote is recounted in South Basildon and East Thurrock.

Why are people so angry he was elected fair and square. This is the problem people say they want democracy and yet when someone is elected in a democratic vote they get angry and lose their heads. I am not happy with the election but I do accept it and I won’t go around calling an elected official names. Surely they must have better things to do with their time.
