Trulicity

Показать описание
Trulicity aids in controlling type 2 diabetes with only one shot every 7 days. It simulates the pancreas to release insulin and in addition may assist in weight reduction. Prescribed in addition to other therapies, this GLP-1 stimulator rarely causes hypoglycemia. In the near future, a once weekly form of apparently heart healthy Victoza will probably capture considerable market share from cardiac neutral Trulicity.

Started this 1 week now and loving it!!! My fasting glucose when I woke up each morning was 170 to 230. After 6 days on Trulicity, this morning I had 121... No side effects at all... Love it!!!

I'm on my first week of True and are loving it, decreased appetite and a 'strength' and clarity I haven't felt in 10+ years.

I've been on it for almost two weeks (1.5 ml). I was afraid of the purported side effects but so far I haven't noticed any. Blood glucose went from the 150s to less than 120 the first two days and seems to be consistent. Lost four pounds the first week. But I'm starting to get my appetite back. Luckily I have good insurance so a month's supply is less than a tank of gas. Happy so far.

My doctor recommended this for weight loss, non diabetic, with cardiomyopathy, so yes it's in my fridge too, not wanting to take it.

I have used this for 6 months now with great results. I have had no side effects other than a slight funny stomach in the first few days. Ive lost about 20kg in this time too but i also go to the gym now regularly. Whether this truly works or not i can't honestly say, but i have had zero side effects since.

I am underweight, when I was younger and had normal blood sugar I weighed 120 lbs, I’m now 103 lbs. my bones stick out and I have hardly any flesh on some areas of my body.
Just started trulicity three days ago, hoping for good results but not appetite loss.

I was taking Metformin now Trulicity, but with the two my sugar dropped so low 32 one day and 48 the next that I stopped the pills! Never have I had sugar so low???? My A1 C was 6.4 which isn't super high so maybe Trulicity isn't for me???

I have been taking Trulicity for a month and a half and my appetite is basically gone. Like I seriously have a difficult time eating.

The folks that use this without side effects are lucky. It does a great job lowering blood sugar. Unfortunately I got so sick on it. I was nauseous, weak feeling, couldn’t eat, eggy disgusting burps, and bloated. I felt like I had a stomach virus. It was horrible. It would last the first 4 days of the week then taper off. Then start all over again when I took it the following week. Victoza has done the same thing to me. These types of pens are not for me.

I recommend that you take a look at intermittent fasting as a simple but effective means to combat obesity and type 2 diabetes. Apps like LIFE and Zero can help. By all means, use medication if you need to. But do what you can with diet, exercise, and time-restricted eating (aka intermittent fasting).

I tried Bydureon, was pretty good, lost weight, but after a month use I had allergic reaction to it, itching all over, scratched my self to death!
Got switched to Victoza, same thing at 1.8 full doze, plus constipation problems. Seems, on 1.2 doze I fair better.
Endo told me, I maybe allergic to these type of drugs, my liver can't tolerate theme for some reason?
Now she wants me to try Trulicity, gave me a month samples!
See what happens!
Yes, these drugs are very expensive and insurance co.'s are weird, like don't cover Bydureon $780, but cover Victosa $980, more expensive.
I just find out my Blue Cross don't cover Trulicity either.
My pharmacist told, because deal is made between Insurers and drug companies, which drugs to push!

Can Trulicity cause high blood pressure? Since I’ve started taking it, I’ve been experiencing hypertension.
