China & The Philippines Accuse Each Other of Deliberately Ramming their Ships in South China Sea

The Philippines and China traded blames over the latest clash in the South China Sea. Beijing and Manila accused each other of "deliberately" ramming their ships. The blame game followed a collision between Chinese and Filipino Coast Guard ships off the disputed Sabina Shoal in the South China Sea on Saturday. The Philippine Coast Guard has released a video showing multiple collisions between the two ships. The Philippines accused the Chinese vessel of intentionally ramming the Filipino ship. The Philippines has reported a fifth incident of Chinese maritime harassment this month. - parts of it belong to some ASEAN countries including the Philippines 🇵🇭,
- the rest of it is the international water,

I think better make PH ships built for collision such that more damage is done on the ramming ship. Put a piercing instrument that will make ramming ship sink. Defense features like a porcupine. Let's see if they still ram PH ships.

The Philippines take full responsibility on that. Why? It is the Phillipines's chioce to choose who will collide with them.

If Phillipines Coast Guard ship enter the dispute area with Vietnam. Stay there for months and resupply with another ship, the Vietnamese ship will collide with them without any hesitation.

The fact is Phillippines have no EEZ in that area. UN never approve any EEZ to any country in that area. How can you say Philippines have the rights to stay a ship there?

The historical claim from Vietnam, Taiwan and China is good enough to kick away the Phillipine ship.  The treaty of Washington and the treaty of Taipei grant the rights to China / Taiwan. Both of them are the legal owners of that area.

The Philippines have no sovereignty rights on those areas under the 1978 Presidential Decrees. The Philippines President confess in the PD that those islands and sea are terra nullius (no owner). The Philippines presidient confirmed to the world that Philippines have no maps, no historical documents, no treaty to support Philippines have legal claim on those area before 1978. 

​The point is Vietnam also have a dispute with Philippine. And it is a double standard Philippines take this kind of action to China but not Vietnam.

It is foreseeable Vietnam will take the same action that China currently did. The Japanese did that to China, Taiwan, South Korea, North Korea. The  Amercian did that to Mexico, Russian. The British did that with Iceland. The Greek did that to Turkey etc. 

The same case had been happened many times before why you feel abnormal? The coast guards in any country are told they can do this action and expect the other side will take the same response. 


Is it just because it is CHINA and you have to make China as Devil but in case other countries did the same things, they are Angels ?

This irresponsible ramming of a China coast guard to a stationary Philippine vessel is a condemnable action by all nations..
