Philippines accuses China of blocking the evacuation of a sick soldier in the South China Sea

The Philippines has accused China of blocking a medical evacuation in the disputed South China Sea. Footage released by the Philippines Coast Guard seems to show Chinese vessels interfering with their Philippine counterparts, including ramming a boat. The Philippine military stated that the sick soldier was successfully evacuated a day later.

I suggest the South East Asia had to request to the United Nations (UNESCO ) the name South China Sea to be change Asia South East Asian Nation Sea or ASEAN Sea. That will make them happy & their ships will be no longer loitering in ASEAN countries within 200 km off shores with their navys, aircrafts etc.
