DuBois acted outside of her jurisdiction for most of her crimes, as she was just a member of Monaco's animal control. Therefore, she would not have legally been allowed to go after the animals after they left Monaco. Also, what she did before boarding that train could count as stalking.

And Dave having over a millenia in years, before taking in life sentences and death sentences, has to be the larges amount of years I've see so far. Coupled with a $140, 000 fine on top of all that.

Chantel DuBois doesn’t need a French passport to visit Italy as both countries are part of the European Union, which doesn’t need a visa, and all they need is a valid ID card. However, it doesn't apply when she visits the United States.

But yeah, she’s still trespassing by riding a train to Italy.
