Mizuno produces undoubtedly one the best irons in the market. For high handicappers and seniors, the choice of HL vs standard versions depends on competent fitting.

I just got a set of the JPX923 hm pro. I liked them just a bit better than the HL

Hm Hl 7 iron is not 28.5 degrees. Think youre quoting the standard hot metal

I have the exact opposite problem. I rainbow my irons like nobodies business. I need the opposit to get that straight off the face arcing flight path. My fairway woods dont seem to have this problem.

Beautiful forgiving irons I can believe had they made the 925s a chunky mess visibly

Wouldn’t that be meant for high handicappers? Ever since mizuno has been making the jpx irons, I understood that HM are for high, Forged are for mid and tour’s are for low

HL typically means correctly lofted. Not calling a 5 iron an 8.

“Buttery off the face”. Not sure there’s a more positive description of ball striking. 🤷
