What happened upon fusion of 5 sacral vertebrae (segments) into a single bone? What is the tailbone (coccyx)? Hopefully, this presentation would be helpful to find out the features of two lowest bones of the spinal column!

I'm curious but is the sacrum able to move from the joints of the pelvic? specifically tilting the sacrum forward or backwards. or must it move together with the pelvic.

PRP maybe isn’t such a bad idea, especially since low platelet count is associated with DVT which can cause pain anywhere. The prp case studies seem to have better results than other interventions, like in the paper below, everyone had improvement.
