As salamu alaikum Dr. Ebraheim, may I ask, in which country do you practice medicine?
I've been suffering from lower back pain for over 23 years and it's getting worse. I've had several pain management procedures and MIR's done but no one seems to know what would be a long term relief solution.

What does pain along the lilac crest mean? My pain starts there then travels down my back into my buttocks. It burns it’s sore and it’s worse standing still, sitting, brisk walking and laying on my side. It seems to come and go for the past 18 months. I also have sensation later in the day into my foot. Both sides are now sore and painful to touch. When it’s not really bad I get tightnesses and pain into my outer side, hip and groin especially when laying on the opposite side in bed. It’s getting to me and it’s gradually getting worse. I m so sick of it. This time it’s the most painful. Worse by the late evening.
