I've been doing this exercise and I swear it working! I still have a lot of pain but it seems to have more movement!

Superb! After 6 weeks of suffering a deep pain when sitting, which was worse when trying to stand up, I thought I would give this a try. I perform the exercises standing up. In a matter of hours I could feel a lot of improvement. After a few days, the problem is nearly resolved so I will continue. I found laying face down very uncomfortable, but standing up is easy and can be done nearly anywhere. Thank you.

Hello, everyone i was suffering from tail bone pain, while sit to stand…
I have done this exercise two days and almost 80% pain has gone … i have done in standing position.
You may feel little uncomfort in wrists but thats okay.

Must try if anyone suffering from tail bone pain

This is very similar to what my rehabilitation doctor told me yesterday. I am currently hospitalised in the neurological department. But the rehab doctor didn't tell me to contract muscles, only to grab the buttocks near the coccyx and pull the muscles away and then grab the muscles near the sitting bones and pull the muscles up.
But I can try your technique. Thank you!

Thank you so much I tried this and it work immediately, I been suffering from this pain for approximately one month I thought I was dying, I have tried this exercise and I do not have any more pain in my coccyx area. I feel like a new woman.

This works, hands down ! Thanks for sharing😊. Started having pain from prolonged sitting on a short flat wooden stool for extended periods. Came across this vid and did 10 reps at first and the pain has eased. Will certainly continue.

The pain did not completely disappear of course, but i definitely felt relief from my intense tail bone pain. I will keep doing these, thank you so much!

May Jesus bless you! You are truly in your calling. I did this exercise and it helped significantly with my tailbone pain. It was fast too! I did a couple of rep and noticed my tailbone hurt a lot less. ❤

I just did an alternate of this and it worked!!! I was standing, pulled my cheeks, and bent down to a 90 degree. I think I only did this 20 times, at most. I went to sit and no pain!! I also moved my hands up the whole cheek area too. A bit lightheaded but hey whatever works!! Thanks a million!!
