We've just received the video from Bryan Kohberger's arraignment, where a judge entered a non-guilty plea on his behalf.

Everyone stumbles when speaking, especially under stress & with uncommon words. He obviously knows the names. He wasn't disrespectful &hes not perfect

I wasn't able comment earlier until now. I hope the prosecutor is able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt on all charges. I also hope that at the sentencing hearing that he receives the death penalty. It is such horrific and heinous crimes against 4 young adults to have their lives taken the in such a gruesome manner and the memory of this traumatic event for the their families, friends and community. Praying God can give all who are effected by these events some healing. The Judges, jurors, court employees, reporters, families, and friends.

Being silent and not answering the court is nothing but arrogance. Betcha if the judge had said he was taking silence as BK's agreement to being guilty of the charges that BK would have piped up.

Kaylee and Xana. I know the judge said this was hard, he is a human being too. I know one or more of the families were heartbreakingly sobbing, it was very emotional. But, the names being said correctly is imperative.

With the trial date being October 2nd and will last 4 to 6 weeks, closing could happen around the 1 year anniversary of November 13th!!
