Hi GuitarRock, check out the new launch notes as they are quite lovely with the balances to all characters + some haha. Regarding the Echoes from the event, the only mistake someone can make is not select a 3* (GOLD BORDER). Echo's (I have not finished reading the new launch notes) has 5 layers of RNG = 1) chance to get the echo to drop, 2) chance to the echo to drop and be of GOLD rarity, 3) chance for the echo to have the right element (each has 2), 4) chance to get the correct main stats, 5) chance to get the right substats (5 lines on the Gold Echos).

I've heard that there's a few echoes that are time consuming to farm that would be better to unlock for some kind of progress, rather than an echo specifically for a character.

I locked an echo but it was good echo for what I’m trying to get
