Hi Frank…..the pure joy in your face was something to behold lol. Interesting how the tsukemen edged out the shoyu ramen for you. I guess like you said there are so many delicious shoyu ramens that you’ve tried but the tsukemen was presented beautifully with two types of noodles and a gentle dipping sauce. Looks great and unique. Almost like a bucket list type of place with their reservation system. There are some place like that in the US. One of the hardest places to get a reservation is at a kaiseki restaurant that only has 7 seats

I'm moving to Sapporo soon. I saw your Sapporo ramen video and definitely going to try out the places you did. I've had つけめん in the states once and didn't like it. I want to get the real Japanese experience!
