Cady made it sound complex by using Algebra to get the percentage. She can just express the fraction to decimal form 48 / 120 = 0.4 then simply express it to percentage by multiplying it by 100. Regina didn't understand it so she went to get some cheese fries instead.

Interesting how it’s Gretchen who explains the rules, not Regina. In fact it seems Regina doesn’t really care much for the rules. Just look at her Wednesday outfit. the pink is barely even noticeable and it’s not even the main focus of the ensemble.

Really goes to show Regina doesn’t actually care about these rules. She sees herself as above everyone else.
