I feel like I'm stuck in this beginner phase where I don't know enough vocab or kanji to get anywhere.
But Im using MochiKanji, and listening to these, and playing pokemon in japanese for reading practice.

One day I'll finally respond in full japanese!

I recently started listening to J-Rock and J-Metal bands when I workout. My top three favorite are Band-Maid, Lovebites, and Nemophila. There are many more I listen to but mostly those three bands. My favorite YouTuber is from Japan, it's YOU!!

My favourite would be the "old" Mrs Green Apple songs like Ao to Natsu, Start, Nonisakuuta and Aijou to Hokosaki. Chopstick by Niziu and, of course, Yorushika - Tada Kimi ni Hare! Listening to those at the gym as well!

By the way, great video as always. I thought I was N5-4 level but this brought me down the reality and to my workbooks!

I go to gym also but I do like video games especially the resident evil/biohazard franchise which I do use to learn Japanese by switching language over. I like shooting guns which I know is illegal in japan but not in USA and ofcourse anime which got me into japanese culture

Btw a suggestion for these videos would be to leave subtitles off but allow for closed caption option and I did subscribe to your Instagram which had a good short on frequency words I found useful
