This actually helped, if you completely relax and think about a time you have felt the urge to cry it brings water to your eyes to where you can further escalate situations in your mind that is sad which brings tears.

*1)Put on a song that you can emotionally/personally relate to, Or not but it makes you feel like you can.(Ex.I listen to Arcade by Duncan Laurence)*
*2)Then close your eyes and mouth the words that make you feel sad.*
*It might take a bit but you might start crying*
