Im with joe... WHAT?!?!? Lol. I can't make much of this. Does this have something to do with the people who designed our calendar or is it just a coincidence of the design of the calendar? Im confused. Sorry if my comment doesn't make sense.

Neil is just being stup!d like always, there is no difference between any leap-year, if you miss any of them your calender gets effed up, it's the same for every one of them.

There is also nothing special about 2.000, it will be the same at 4.000, 6.000, 8.000 and so on. It would be the same as saying that the leap-year of 10.000 is special just because it's a nice number to look at and it gives the illusion of something meaningfull if you just look at it and don't think about it.

But really all of this has been predictable and predicted with basic math for as long as our calender has existed. It's not hard math god dang it.
