How to Squat Like a Pro - FREE Guide Download

In today’s video, Aaron and Joseph demonstrate how to do a goblet squat. This is a great exercise to help you improve your squat pattern and build muscle!

Setup
- Can use a Kettlebell/Dumbbell
- Begin with feet hip width apart
- Toes slightly pointed out
- Find a comfortable stance

Exercise
- Tuck your elbows with weight in hand
- Brace your core and hold a tight position
- Creating a “shelf”
- Be careful not to arch your back
- Squat down slow and controlled
- Try and grip the floor with your feet
- Push your knees controlled as you stand up

Hey guys I made this novice program, can you please tell me if it’s good? OHS is overhead shrug btw

Progression only happens with good form!

Workout A:
Deadlift 3x6
Rev lunge 3x8
Chin up 3x8
Bench 3x8
OHP 3x8
Face pull 3x12
Barbell curl 3x10
Calf raise 2x10

Workout B:
Squat 3x6
RDL 3x10
Barbell row 3x10
Incline bench 3x8
Lateral raise 3x12
OHS 3x10
Skull crusher 3x12
Calf raise 2x10

Is there a reason why the depth isn't going full range of motion for this type of squat or is it just a matter of personal mobility?
