Hope you had a great time at the Ritz. My wife and I were lucky enough to be treated to an overnight stay at the Ritz with breakfast for my 60th birthday by our children. As you said, the staff are amazing and willing to go the extra mile. Our room was small but exquisitely decorated and we were given an iPhone to use while we were in London. That was a really nice touch as many foreign visitors may not have their phones sorted out. The staff anticipated our wish to have our photos taken and breakfast was sumptuous. Would love repeat the experience again. Thank you Gary for bringing back those memories.

A small group of us had afternoon tea there. The food was fantastic and it was basically as much as you could eat, inasmuch as the staff kept coming to the table offering more sandwiches and cakes.
The staff were great and friendly. Altogether an amazing experience.
