Deeper into the Matrix - 4k Generative Art Animation (VQGAN+CLIP) via PYTTI (Python Text to Image)

Part of an ongoing "Matrix" theme (not the movie, but the concept of a mathematical structure that encapsulates the physical and digital worlds).

Audio by smoothbeats / sound scientists

Similar to the previous render but with some small tweaks and a longer runtime.

Rendered at 1080p, upscaled to 4k and added a halftone-pattern CMYK effect to give some more interesting details.

This was also rendered at 15fps and stretched to .25x speed using the simplest version of frameblending within After Effects. Using more advanced techniques like Twixtor or FlowFrames got very unpredictable in the faster moving parts.

Some of the very last frames of the animation are the most interesting, and I'm trying to find a way to focus in on those steps and let them evolve more slowly over time.

I promise, tutorial coming eventually. I've been fighting with google colab (Pro) limitations.
