I found the most simple mystical techniques are the more powerful one's. It's as simple as following your heart it won't lie to you because as muscle testing has proved lie's weaken the body your heart won't do that to you. I agree and have come to the same conclusion. Until I got a greater understanding of my health, DNA issues, and worked on that to feel better, I was living from the human mind. I was guided to an awakening once I was healthy almost instantly so i could recognize the pattern/path. Psychedelics helped as well to create curiosity. But health was the key.

I’m 26 and I’m recovery from substances since I got sober I have been on a spiritual journey that doesn’t resonate with one religion but all. I take the teachings that I like, and leave the rest and have truly tried to raise my consciousness through meditation and healing, but also giving back I work with other people that went through what I have, and I feel most at peace when I am just listening to others And I really think I am on the path. Too weak.
But Consciousness is great.
I was lucky to find a Hath Yoga Master, who taught me how to breathe correctly.
When you breathe in your stomach *MUST* come out.
Not in.
Exhale it must go in.
That's the correct way to breathe.
Also you must drink water through your inner mouth cheeks and tongue.
This allows you to actually *Taste* the water, and infuses it with Pranic Energy.
Never gulp water.
Or from above straight into the throat.
That's wrong.
It will not hydrate you

It’s a shame because as a kid/young adult you don’t wish to learn about history because your mind is so focused on the future. Like in school “when asked what do you want to be when you older”
When a adult you want to learn nothing but history especially once’s awakened. As you mind now has a past and doesn’t look at the future as much. But the kids are the ones who really need to learn history in order for the future to be as bright as it can be.

The beings that guide you are beings of light. They show you how to travel through the net, (matrix), the grids, the torahs (gridded portals). Each portal has a glowing white entrance with specs of different colors. These have 3D symbols at the entrances. Some of the symbols are sacred geometry symbols, others I haven’t found yet in any books or the internet. Anyone have any information on this?
