I see the mailman @11:45. Couldnt pay me 50.00 an hour or more, to deliver mail in that neighborhood. Can't imagine the amount of mail that gets stolen. Forget about getting parcels from the post office or Amazon deliveries.

I don't think that all of these drug addicts are homeless. Some of them still have a home and family, but looking at their condition, they preffered to stay on the street.
