I am a flex officer so I can't schedule, but I find the time. Even if I have to do it AT WORK. I keep a kettlebell in my car for that express purpose. Or maybe if I'm by myself at work, practice some krav maga or a good yoga and stretch day. I will sacrifice free time for gym time.

Have a magnet calendar on my fridge and write down the exercises I will be doing during the month. At the end, put an X. This really helps to stay consistent and aware how active you are. Thanks for the tips Tony!

22 days minimum? I think if you did 3x a week you could get away with a smaller minimum of 12 days a month (which I find much easier to schedule). I guess it depends on your session lengths and training goals though.
