I absolutely love their biscuits. I grew up w/ a Hardee's in my small rural town & it was a short walk from my HS. I'd get there 30 mins early just so I could get my Biscuits alone, with strawberry jam, or with Sausage Gravy. I enjoyed them every morning before school. 😋 😊

Many years ago I watched a lady with blue hair make a batch of Hardee's biscuits. One of the ingredients, not mentioned here, is lard. Lots of lard. In my opinion, the lard and buttermilk are what make them so good! --Old biscuit maker

Those are my favorite biscuits. Just a simple sausage or country ham biscuit with a tomato slice is amazing.

Popeyes famous Louisiana butter biscuits are better in my opinion. Talk about heaven on earth! Chiefs kiss, no doubt. So good! Hardee’s biscuits is close behind them but the best I’ve ever had, was my great aunt Willie-Bell’s lard biscuits. Nothing could beat hers to me. There’s absolutely nothing better than Southern women’s home cooking, nothing.
