Used to live in Downtown, and traffic was crazy, made a huge mistake of going out on a festive day, only to stuck in traffic for hours and returning home. We moved to Abu Dhabi, some years later, although it's boring then Dubai, but I like the laid-back and relaxed vibe of the city. Traffic is way less, and its alot greener.

What’s your take on the area Jumeirah (umm suqeim to juneirah 3) by the coastline where also Burj Al Arab is…it’s quite a long coastline but there is not a lot of info on people living there, like there is for marina, downtown, JVC etc
