Jana could have made a great engineer, designer, project manager... too bad this family seems to repress their children's curiosity and desire to learn. She could have gone to university, even community college and found her way into a career deserving of her obvious insight and probable intelligence. I guess her parents think that that would be giving their child too much freedom though...

I keep seeing everyone saying Jana should be on her own. Break free. She’s so smart. Could be a designer. She’s the only one who could live on her one and I couldn’t agree more and it’s really sad :/ how old is she? Is it “time” for her to start a courtship?

LMAO that totally not at all set up shot of her just sitting and smiling at her baby on the couch. So awkward. I would also say if you want your house to look brighter, maybe lay off all the dark wood furniture and dark colors on the walls. But good for Jana to have some outlet for her creativity.

“Sometimes the guys aren’t around” AS IF John David could do what Jana does. She doesn’t design a space because men aren’t around, she does it because she does it impeccably, and the men will be upset if she realizes that. It’s only okay for Jana to be good at something if it’s because men would be better at it, but don’t have the time.

Add in that Jana had raised half of the Duggar babies. She’s is a homemaker and a business woman, and she doesn’t even know it
