Dude, I have what a doctor called a pre-hernia. My back is weak, so my lower back gets stressed in some positions and excessive use of backpack. Sorry to hear about yours, it hurts like hell, specially when compression really comes. There were days I simply could not move from the couch out of pain

Hallo Chris, habs dir ja schon geschrieben. Habe auch 4 Vorfälle (Gehabt 2 durchs sitzen auf Arbeit und 2 durch den Sport) und mir hat auch ein Arzt gesagt -> OP . Dann zum Glück weiteren Arzt getroffen. Der hat nur gesagt: gehe Schwimmen. (am besten Rücken) min 2 mal die Woche min 60 min. Wie auch immer, hoffe es geht dir bald besser. Lass es dir gut gehen.
