Thanks for the video, this worked however I'm still having issues with the cpu usage going up and down (not stable) such as going 100% and then dropping 10%. Do you what this problem is?

dosent work after i restart and start my game again after 10 mins it comes back...

My computer says I don't have service.msc :/
EDIT: But I found what you opened just typed services in the windows search bar thing
