First breakfast in Mexico City and it was truly a culinary experience! We ate all the lamb barbacoa our bodies could handle… and also the CRUNCHIEST ant tacos we’ve ever had in CDMX. Yes, that’s right, insect tacos. 🐜

This restaurant was featured on Netflix's Taco Chronicles, so there's a bit of hype surrounding it. If you ever visit El Hidalguense Restaurant, note that it’s only open Friday to Sunday!
