I used to work for Chris Bianco. On paper he is a celebrity chef/ pizza master.. I know him as one of the most humble human beings I’ve ever met. I’ve had hours of conversations with him and his life story is amazing! So happy to see him and his genius creations being marketed to the world. Bianco Pizzeria is legendary!

So happy this show is back. It’s the reason I fell in love with food, the art of it, and also the reason I traveled to countries specifically to eat at the places they featured. Can’t wait to be mesmerized by this food theatre once again!

Netflix cooking documentaries are the best in the industry. They really reveal the passion behind the craft, and they do a great job of highlighting the struggles these men and women encounter in honing their skill. I am so looking forward to this!

I love this series - this is hands-down my favorite among all cooking shows, reality TV or documentary-based. So glad it's shown in Netflix Philippines. I've been to Italy 5x and as a Filipino, I enjoyed my trips to Naples and Sicily the most because of the food! You can get great food in Milan and Rome, but boy, Sicily and Naples are a whole other level. I can't forget eating the great pizzas and arancini of Naples everyday and the pasta and seafood in Sicily (Palermo and Catania, where I stayed for 10 days). I'd go back again to southern Italy in a heartbeat for food.

Seeing Ann Kim go from Diners, Drive Ins and Dives to Chef's Table... wow! Immigrant, actress, chef! What a journey! Her recognition is well deserved!

Being able to enjoy Chris Bianco's work - I consider myself lucky. He may be the nicest and most humble guy I have ever met - proud that he is a Phoenician.

As an award winning pizza maker in Toronto, Canada, I can tell you that outside of Gabriele Bonci, the others featured here have no business making pizza! the one with all the flowers is especially sacrilegious, lol! how can you have a documentary about pizza without: Paolo Moccia, Francesco Martucci, Davide Civitiello, Gino Sorbillo, Peppe Cutraro, etc.?

I've been eating at Bonci's Pizzarium in Rome some 7 years ago, and it was all hands down the best pizza I've tasted up to this day! I love the simple shop and the unusual variety of toppings they had and that you could by slices so you could try 3-4 different ones in the same meal. Love the place! 😍

Like everyone who grew up in the northeastern US, “pizza” means one thing - New York style pizza. But as someone who has gone back & forth between the NY/Philly area & the desert of Arizona over the past 30+ years, as crazy as it sounds, no one makes better or more authentic NY style pizza than Phoenix’s Chris Bianco. His pizza really is that unbelievably good.
