Rare Replay N64 emulator graphical issues

This seems to happen only on Jet Force Gemini, Conker, and Blast Corps. My guess is that they all use the same Nintendo 64 emulator and that something is wrong with the emulator. This Xbox One is nearly brand new and has hardly been played. No other games mess up, not even high graphic ones, so that leads me to believe nothing is wrong with my hardware.
