How to never have smelly armpits

As a 30 year old male ground worker/landscaper, I have tried many different antiperspirants, including the natural ones on the market today…
They just did not work for me.
I’m not a sweaty guy at all no matter how hard my day is, even from my pits!

I did find that some AP’s actually caused BO, something to do with the AP’s salts causing an imbalance if I remember correctly.
One day I picked up women’s Mitchum roll on balm by accident instead of men’s, it worked brilliantly, far better than any men’s one I’ve tried, I’d still smell it even after having a shower after a busy day at work.
I still use it to this day, 5 years on, no shame whatsoever 🤣

Beware though, benzoyl peroxide can bleach your towels and clothes. I used to use it when I was a teenager for acne and man it’s like it never rinses off completely.

I use arm & hammer essentials with natural deodorizer which is free of aluminum, parabens & phthalates. I honestly forget to put it on sometimes and even when I am working out or working hard, I have noticed since I stopped eating meat and highly processed foods that I really do not have a bad bacteria causing my arm pits to stink anymore. It is amazing.

Just apply coconut oil or any oil at night or before shower on your pits. It will dissolve grime and all dirt. And do the normal shower routine. You will still sweat but no smell

I have really stinky armpits, I take about 2-3 showers per day, I can say my spirit animal is a skunk 😂and benzoyl peroxide has been the only product that worked for me and I would like to add that I bought few brands and the only one that worked for me was the one on your video from cerave

As someone who uses panoxyl to treat my acne best thing is to have a specific towel and shirt after that you are okay with being stained/color lifting so that you don’t have to worry. I use a white towel and a tie dye shirt😊

You can also wash your pits with Hibiclens that pink antiseptic rinse it off then apply antiperspirant

It is great advice to get a whole bunch of diseases down the road. The main concerns with using Aluminum antiperspirant are Alzheimer's and breast cancer (which affects males too). But if you don't let your body sweat... it creates so many problems in a long run.
