there should be a 10% chance when you use a garou ult move on the dummy in the last ten seconds of the ult you will get countered by the dummy

Idk If this difference counts, but the dummy that naturally spawns is still using the power up emote, but the ones that the PS owner spawns won't do the emote. It might be possible to get countered only on the natural spawned dummy
