I've been able to do the restart with the assistive touch for years, I set it up the first time on my 5s

I need something like "when i arrive at home, automatically turn on wifi and turn off data" or "when i arrive at office, goes silent, turn on vibrate, and open gmail". My samsung can do that by using bixby routines, and i'm wondering does my iphone can?. I need usefulness.

You can't normally restart an iPhone (just turn it off and on)
But with this, you can finally do it (the actions are the same as for example in Windows)
