When you level the world up you better the chances of 4stars so now that youre Ar 40 the same 4stars drop more often.
That's why you should wait for level 40-45 to use resin on artifacts

i started playing because of your videos and how nice the map and gameplay looked. I rolled venti in a SINGLE wish from small pool of currency you get at the beginning and got DILUC in my first 10 wishes (also which you get at the beginning of the game), free farmed a bit more special currency which you can get quite easily from just exploration and quests and put 10 wishes on the weapons pack and got AQUILA and im only adventure lvl thank you Mythymoo for the content that got me into this game and THE RNG GODS BEING BY MYSIDE :')
