After Effects - Crop a Composition to the Region of Interest

Selecting a Region Of Interest to export "only" the region of interest selected in the Composition or Layer panel is a GREAT way to speed up render time in Adobe After Effects.

Creating a smaller region of interest uses less RAM (Memory) as well as less processing power when previewing and encoding your final video.

This tip not only speeds up your RAM previews and hurries along your ability to edit faster, but much less of a wait when performing your final render.

Here's why:
After Effects currently renders every pixel in every composition. Even if there is nothing there. So, when you are precomposing something smaller than the stage area, Cropping your composition to the Region of Interest saves time in post production.

Suppose we need to add some more elements and for that, we need to increase the size bit more how do we do that? The only option I know is to go to the composition setting and increase the dimensions there but that's pretty long route you know. Is there a shortcut for that?
